I see psychotherapy as a place for creativity and freedom, where you can explore and discover all of who you are without judgment, social pressure, or the weight of daily life. To do this, I work from a depth-oriented perspective, meaning we don't just manage symptoms, but go deeper to understand what's underneath them. We explore your past and present experiences, paying particular attention to behavioral patterns that have emerged — patterns that manifest in the present, and even in the therapy itself.

As you bring these patterns into awareness and come to see yourself and your environment more clearly, your relationship to yourself and the people around you can start to shift in ways that bring real growth and change.

Along the way, I'll offer plenty of feedback, as well as practical tools for managing day-to-day struggles. I'll meet you with warmth, empathy, and directness, paying close attention to your particular history, personality, and circumstances, and shaping my approach accordingly.

My goal is that you feel understood and deeply supported, and that you find real meaning and usefulness in our work together.

Individual Psychotherapy

Issues I commonly work with:

  • Anxiety, worry, and overthinking that won't switch off

  • Perfectionism and harsh self-criticism

  • People-pleasing or difficulty setting boundaries

  • Burnout at work, or a sense of emptiness in your job, even when things look good on paper

  • Relationship patterns — with partners, family, or in dating

  • Navigating a neurotypical world as a neurodivergent person
